• Delivery is free for all UK orders.
• Overseas postal charges vary on destination and quantity and will be added to and shown on the invoice at checkout. See table below.
• Next Day Delivery may be available depending on stock and at an additional charge of £5.00. Please contact me if this is a service that you require and I will do my utmost to fulfil this.
• Delivery is via Royal Mail 48 and we aim for delivery to be with-in 2-5 working days. Whilst these are not guaranteed delivery times, the majority of UK orders will be delivered within two working days once they have been despatched. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days, although it may take longer during extremely busy periods. Please allow up to seven working days from the date of your goods being despatched for the delivery of UK orders, and please be advised that the delivery of parcels sent to business addresses can take longer than those sent to residential addresses.
• Overseas postal service will be via Royal Mail Airmail for its UK part and then will vary depending on the destination. Delivery should be 5 to 10 days after dispatch but can vary depending on destination. Please allow at least 14 days for delivery.
• If there may be a delay in dispatching goods then customers will be kept informed.
• If you or your nominee fails, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the local sorting office / delivery location, a postal fee may be charged for redelivery.
